Free trip planning

Agaza helps you plan a trip in Arabic or English. Planning and revisions are free. We earn only through partner booking commissions, as explained in our commission disclosure. There are no paid plan unlocks.

Features arrive in stages. Anyone can talk to Agaza about a trip; full plans open by invitation, a few travellers at a time. The invitation pilot includes hotels, itineraries, cached flight estimates and partner referral links. We show which destinations Agaza plans now and which are coming; a country listing does not mean every city or route is covered. A waitlist position is not a launch date or a promise of access.

Talking to Agaza

Agaza's conversation is an AI assistant for trip planning, limited to travel. It replies briefly, asks only for what it still needs and can misunderstand, so check its summary of what it understood and correct anything by saying so. Visitors who are not invited have a daily message limit, shown when it is reached.

Safety, halal and practical answers come from Agaza's own reviewed records, each shown with its source and the date it was checked. When an official page behind a record changes or cannot be reached, Agaza shows the official advice and the date instead of the record until it is checked again. Agaza never calls a place safe or unsafe as its own verdict. For a destination it has not researched yet, it says so and does not guess.

Estimates and travel information

An estimated trip cost is a planning guide, not a final price or an offer to sell a trip. From the planning launch, totals combine flights, hotels, daily spending and required travel between cities, with party, duration and currency shown. A full estimated total is available only when every required component is priced and fresh; otherwise the estimate is incomplete. Missing or old prices are marked, not treated as zero.

Prices, opening hours and availability can change. We use sourced information, but it may no longer match the day you travel. Check the final price, availability and booking conditions with the partner, and opening hours and requirements with the venue or provider. Hotel price and availability must be rechecked at handoff; flight fares are cached estimates with source, retrieval time, cache age and expiry shown, not live quotes. We do not promise the cheapest price.

Agaza applies venue safety checks, including halal, pork-led and alcohol-led guards. These are not a guarantee of certification or suitability. Confirm relevant details directly with the venue. The assistant cannot provide a personal visa-eligibility decision or legal advice; check official sources for entry requirements.

Booking with a partner

Choosing a booking link takes you to a partner. Agaza does not take payment, issue tickets or confirm bookings in this service. The partner's terms, privacy notice and final booking conditions apply there. Review the traveller details, total price, included services, cancellation and refund conditions before paying. A click or a saved plan is not a reservation.

Your booking confirmation identifies who handles your booking and how to contact them. Use that route for booking changes, cancellations and refunds.

Your account and signing in

You need to be signed in to generate, save or share a trip. Talking to Agaza, public guides and shared itineraries need no account. Your invitation email carries a private sign-in link: opening it asks you to confirm, and confirming signs you in. The link works once, lasts up to 3 days and stops working if we revoke it. On another device, sign in with an email code instead; a code expires after 10 minutes and works once. Use an email address you control and keep your link and codes private. There is no password. Requests and attempts are limited to protect accounts. Sessions expire after seven idle days or 30 days from issue; signing out revokes access for that session.

The privacy notice explains saved trip data and temporary sensitive preferences. If temporary preferences are lost, we ask you to provide them again before planning continues. A shared itinerary is readable by anyone with its link until it expires or you revoke it; revocation cannot remove copies already saved by recipients.

Acceptable use

Use Agaza for lawful trip planning. Do not try to access another person's private trip or account, share a sign-in link or code, bypass invitation, message or usage limits, overwhelm the service, extract secrets, or make the assistant ignore its safety checks.

Availability and planning pauses

Access opens in invitation waves. Planning can be delayed by outages, account or network usage limits, or our shared monthly AI and data budget of $50 plus net confirmed commission. This is Agaza's operating limit, not a bill to you. A budget pause preserves progress and access to saved trips and guides. Planning may resume when budget is available, with temporary preferences requested again if needed. The same limits can pause replies in the conversation; Agaza tells you when that happens, and it is not something you did. A pause does not promise a completion time.
