Agaza waitlist privacy

What we store

Your email address (lowercased), signup time, language, random referral code and the referrer's code when you join through a referral link. We also store a hashed network identifier and request times to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist database. We store only a SHA-256 hash of your private removal token, not the token itself.

Your consent

Consent is given by ticking the required checkbox before joining. This permits storing your email and referral details for the waitlist and launch updates. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You can withdraw by leaving the waitlist using your private removal link.

Why we store it

To manage the waitlist, show your queue position, count referrals and send Agaza launch updates. A successful referral means a new, unique email signup that passes the security check. Email ownership is not verified. The queue position is not a promise of an access date.

Services and tracking

Cloudflare hosts this page and database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and receives your network address. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. These providers process connection information to deliver their services. This page has no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist entries are kept until launch updates are complete or you remove your entry. Rate-limit records older than 24 hours are removed as signups are processed. Use your private removal link to delete your entry and stop launch updates. To correct your email or language, leave and join again.

Remove your data yourself

Your signup confirmation shows a private removal link, separate from the referral link you can share. Keep the removal link private and save it: duplicate signups do not show it again. Open it and confirm with the Leave the waitlist button to remove your waitlist entry and its referral association. Deleting an entry can change queue positions. We do not sell waitlist data.
